My favourite YouTuber these days
is Wooreonni Sandwich 🥪
Today I made the mushroom sandwich
from one of her videos.
Ingredients:
Plays without sound. Watch the original on Instagram for the music.
Instructions:
- Trim the mushroom stems and stir-fry them over high heat in a dry pan to drive off the moisture.
- Add olive oil, a little salt and pepper, and a splash of balsamic.
- Spread basil pesto on the sourdough, and mayonnaise on one side as well.
- Slice pepper jack and colby jack, lay them on the bread and bake until the cheese melts.
- Finally add the mushrooms, drizzle with olive oil and cut in half — done.
