A close friend sent me yogurt as a gift,
and it was so good!
I piled yogurt, apple and arugula onto a baguette
for a fresh sandwich 🥖

- Lightly toast the baguette, spread with Greek yogurt and layer on thinly sliced apple.
- Add lots of arugula, close and cut in half — done!
