Today I roasted a whole lot of vegetables
for a sandwich,
and it was filling and so delicious!

Instructions:
- Slice peppers and aubergine, season with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Take the aubergine out first once it's cooked.
- Peeling the roasted peppers makes them sweeter and richer — even better.
- Spread Jampot star anise pear jam on sourdough, add jambon, the roasted vegetables, burrata and pepper, and close — done!
