Pono Buono has a new carbonara 🍝

I loved their wood-fired flatbread,

and the pasta is so good too,,

so good you'd wonder if it's okay to eat at home —

a seriously delicious carbonara!

The sauce is thick, rich and full of flavour,, 🧀

The noodles are fresh fettuccine, so even as a meal kit

they had a real fresh-pasta texture!

Ingredients:

Fully thaw the sauce and bacon in the fridge.
Boil the noodles straight from frozen for 3½–4 minutes.
Meanwhile, warm the sauce in hot water until lukewarm.
Fry the thawed bacon golden over low heat,
then turn off the heat, add the noodles with a little pasta water and the sauce, and mix — done!
