One-Pan Mackerel Pasta

Instructions:

1. 1.Fry garlic and peperoncino in olive oil, then add water and the pasta and boil.
2. 2.When the water has reduced and the pasta is cooked, add a little salt and pepper and a big spoonful of Lukt kelp butter and toss.
3. 3.Add lemon juice and lots of Grana Padano and the pasta is ready!
4. 4.Plate it and add arugula to garnish.
5. 5.For the mackerel, I simply microwaved a ready-to-heat grilled mackerel and put it on top (it's really convenient and tasty!).
6. 6.Add lemon slices and cheese — done!
