Apricot Jambon-Beurre!

Instructions:

1. 1.Melt butter in a pan, halve the apricots and cook them until golden (adding sugar is tasty too).
2. 2.Layer butter, jambon and the roasted apricots in the baguette, spread plenty of green grape celery jam on the other side and close — done!
